Why does my mower frequently report " lifting" during mowing process?

1. Please press and hold the OK button to power off the mower and then put the mower upside down, and pull the rod with a little bit of strength until the rubber cover shows.

2. Slide up the rubber cover and lubricate the circled metal part.
