Why can't the mower pass through lawn areas narrower than 1 meter in width after the VisionFence is installed?

We recommend that the width of the mowing area be greater than 1m. This is because VisionFence considers narrow areas to be more risky, and collisions or falls may occur, so it is impossible to move forward.

If you are sure the area is free from collisions or falls, perform the following steps:
1. Adjust the map slightly to expand the width of the narrow area from this menu: Setting - map management - edit map
2. Use the VisionFence-off zone feature to set the narrow area as a VisionFence-off zone. Go to Setting - map management - add more - VisionFence off zone.

Note: To set up a VisionFence-off zone, please make sure both the firmware and the app are in V1.4.0 or later versions.
