- Check the app. Make sure you are using Navimow app but not Segway-ninebot app.
- Check if the Bluetooth connection of your phone is open or not. If it is on, please check if the serial number of the mower is shown under "My device", "Available device" or "More device". The format of the serial number is S2RXXXXXXX.
- Check if you have opened the access permission of Bluetooth and Location for Navimow app. To open the permission, go to Settings on your smartphone.
- For iOS, scroll down the app list to find Navimow. Tap Navimow app to open the access permission of Bluetooth and Location.
- For Android, please refer to "Change app permissions on your Android phone".
